Gayme 0n, a gaymer community and LGBT Guild Wars 2 guild, is giving away a dye pack to three winners and a Mini Pet booster set for one lucky winner. Entries will be accepted from August 5, 2012 12:01am EST to August 27, 2012 12:01am EST. Each day of the pre-launch will we be distributing one dye pack and on Monday, August 27, 2012, we will announce the Mini Pet booster set winner.

Membership of the Gayme 0n community/guild is not required.
This giveaway is for the virtual item acquired from the Black Lion Trading Company (Gem Store) in the Guild Wars 2 game. Gayme 0n is a player-run organization, wholly-independent of Facebook, Twitter, Tumblr, and ArenaNet. No cash value is implied by this contest.
This giveaway assumes that gifting via the Gem Store will be an implemented feature at launch. If direct gifting is not available and the item cannot be traded directly, Gayme 0n does not guarantee that the winners will receive their prize.

Still, I'm under the impression gem store items are bound to character. Unless you guys plan to open the packs and mail the contents to the winner. In that case, that should be added to the clause just to avoid misunderstandings
