I've gotten to the point I am pretty much dreading coming to this site as every single thread is either
A) hyping the next big game and how it will change everything
hating the last big release and how it didn't change a thing
And these two categories are often due to the same users moving back and forth and generally ruining any form of conversation.
Can anyone recommend any other MMO websites with forums? I've tried Massively, but that seems to just have comments on articles being posted.
Thanks!

Translation; I am tired of the same people saying the same thing, over and over and over.
Ten Ton Hammer has forums.
It also only has 10 people that post on them.
I was going to try to help you out. But every site I went to, old haunts of mine, either had more complaining of were very dead.
So I decided to go outside of the MMO realm in search of the peace you seek.
I thought, "I know, Barbie Dolls! Certainly that would be a peacefull site."
But alas....
I had some warning that trouble was afoot. Mark Napier, the creator of the original The Distorted Barbie website had been informed by his Internet service provider, Interport.net, that they'd been contacted by a lawyer representing Mattel, who asserted that Mark's experimental and conceptual art installation violated their Barbie copyrights, and demanded that he remove the page(s) forthwith. The hapless ISP requested that Mark capitulate summarily "until the matter is resolved."
Well, it's only a matter of time, I thought, before they come after me.
(more if you care) at The Daily Barbie
There is no peace on the internet, my friend.
Once upon a time....
Let's see, you joined 8 or 9 days ago...
It's not your kind of site then, move along.
From your post history though, you've bashed quite a few games yourself.
What's your beef?
Well at the age of 72 (profile), I'd stay away from any long term commitments like MMO's.
Oh nevermind, he'll be ok with SWTOR.
