Did anyone play this game with less than 256 MB of video ram? Currenly on my other laptop, I have met all requirements except the 256 MB VRAM, so if anyone has played on a PC with less than this please let me know and how it handled the game. Thanks

    No.

    Please write all the specs

If it's not broken, you are not innovating.

I think you really need at least 256 MB of video ram. You might want to check your bios. Often, for laptops that share system memory with the video card, you can adjust how much ram gets allocated for the video card. You may be able to bump yours up, assuming you have a healthy amount of system ram to begin with.

Intel Ivy Bridge i5-3570K    3.4 ghz

    16 GB DDR3-1600 Memory

    1 TB SATA3 HDD

    AMD HD 7850  2gb

Is this going to run GW2?

I was running it on an i7 1.70ghz 4gb ram HD3000 Ultrabook as a test and it worked well to some extent areas with large amounts of people caused it to lag fps wise other than that I couldn't complain

The 256MB is probably not going to be enough.

no. Best start overclocking that unlocked CPU.

Yeah that's a rather low CPU. Can't you find a Core 2 Quad to replace it? Your motherboard should support a Core 2 Quad and it is enough to run the game on high-higher settings.
