GG cant even buy the game

So yeah wont even let me register an account to buy the game ...

    So you:

    1. Purchase a retail key from an official reseller.

    2. Went to https://register.guildwars2.com/

    3. Put in your code, but was unable to make an account?

    Is that what you're getting at?

    Nah I was just bored enough to attempt to give them some of my money it wont let me finish my transaction after a few attempts, guess ill have to try another day .. meh was going to be an impulsive buy anyways.

    Could you specify the sort of error you're getting? It would be easier to determine what is causing the problem then.

    Did you play any other NCSoft published MMOs?


    NCSoft had a problem a while back about accounts being hacked so they banned everyone that might have been hacked. At the time I didnt care and didnt think any more on it.


    When I pre-purchased GW2 from ArenaNet they wouldnt take my credit card because my account was banned. Contacted support and they cleared it up.

    Look i'm a big fan of GW2 but I don't think you should impulse buy it. 

    I know exactly what kinda game i'm getting into and I don't think it's for everybody. In GW2 you have to go in search for adventure. You have to go and do stuff because you want to, not because it's the next on the list. 

    Everytime I started feeling lost I MADE UP MY OWN objective. It's really hard to get used to. You need to be the person in charge of where you go. Otherwise you will just go "Oh I filled the hearts and got the things nothing else to do boorrrrinnnggg."

    Play for fun. Play to win. Play for perfection. Play with friends. Play in another world. Why do you play?
