I was just wondering which NA server will be the heart of the roleplay in GW2!

"Loading screens" are not "instances".
Your personal efforts to troll any game will not, in fact, impact the success or failure of said game.
That being said, sources tell me that some of the largest RP guilds intend to avoid Tarnished Coast.
I don't get why they would do that and the sources may have it wrong, but it's worth digging a bit deeper if there are any large, established RP guilds that matter to you, just to be safe.
