ive been reading the topics about this game and it looks awsome and i want to know how to play it can some1 plz tell me how to play it oh and could you list any other 3d games that are good and list if they require a download

You can buy the game... You know, go to a store, take out your wallet, pay for the game etc etc

oh i thought it was an online game you know where you type in the web adress and play it, well can some1 plz tell me a game like this exept iy doesnt cost anything or some kickass game that you like prefrebly without a download but if it has one its ok
It is a online game.
And you can buy/download it from the official website: www.lineage2.com in the download section. Apart from the "live" servers you are also able to play on a testserver.
Keep in mind you are downloading the client-side softeware for the game itself. All stats/drops/interaction/chats etc go via the server so it is not like a standalone game with a server-connect function (no connection to the game-server => dead game which will not start). The game is a service provided by NCsoft and you pay for that. That service includes the free download of the client software (1.8 GB large) and future updates called chronicale's. Currently we are at C3 (or Chronicle 3). I think the plan is C12 but dont quote me on that.
The chronicles come about every 4 months but agian I am just guessing as I just download the chronicle the minute it becomes available.
The game is allso available in stores which should include a free month of playtime. After that if you like it you pay via a gamecard or creditcard payment-system.
Before anything else: READ all reviews you can find. I play the game for some time now and I stick in the game for the friends/community more then the game-graphics etc itself. You have to see the game-toons or characters as raising a childs/pets or whatever as there is the eternal "grind" you will have to deal with.
You can cheat sure but you will get no respect from me or any other player that play by the rules. Futhermore it is technically a violation agianst the ToS (Terms of Agreement) you accept the minute you are playing the game.
