I have played in every single BWE and I have tried every profession. Regardless, I still can't decide what class I liked best so I will leave it up to you guys to pick for me!

You should play all classes, with one character of each.
If you really only want one, then what you should do is to get a fair coin and assign four of the classes as "heads" and the other four as tails. Flip the coin and see which side it comes up. That eliminates four of the classes for you, and reduces it to a choice among four classes rather than eight. Repeat two more times to get it down to a single class.
Except that at some coin flip, you'll likely realize that you're rooting for it to come up heads or tails, and not really indifferent about which class you want to play. At that point, you can ignore the coin toss and go with what you now know you want to play.
I know my son has already made it so he can make 8 on the day the game starts. I have 6 chartacter slot open for me atm and I am seriously considering adding the other 2

I feel your pain OP. However, I have determined that I will be a thief and will stick to thief until 80. The only problem I have now is narrowing down to the race. Debating between...all of them.
I just personally don't see norn or char for that roll. I picked human myself. I can see asura and especially sylvari as one. The dark colors you can not only do for the armor but skin tones as wellA MMO is like life. It is something to cherish and enjoy upon in it journey. So why race to the end of it. That is exactly why I may choose Norn or char. Least played class/race combo. Beside the norn skull tattoo looks really cool. Sorry OP, didn't mean to derail.

Usually I know what class type I play in a game, and it is usually warrior type or ranger type. Having said this I chose Elementalist as my starting class and I also chose that for you. I have had a blast with this class in all 3 BWEs, it was the starting race that was harder. But I wanted sylvari from the beginning and after getting to create one it IS my starting race.
But my first alt with be a norn warrior....

Well then, you just go with whatever the coin flips came up with. If you weren't going to do that in the first place, then of course it wouldn't push you to realize what you really want. But if you are genuinely indifferent between all eight classes, then whatever the coin flips came up with is tied for the best for you, so you might as well just go with it.
If you really can't decide then just think about what would fit your character best.
Norn warrior, Human thief, Asura/Char engineer, Sylvari Necromancer/elementalist, etc.
