Loot pop-ups on the side?

Since everyone else is just, qqing about the servers being down, figured I'd ask a serious question... sort of. D:

The little loot pop-up that would scroll up on the right side of the screen, when you looted something, isn't there for me. I've tried looking through the majority of my settings, couldn't find anything on it. For most, probably not a big deal, but I really kinda liked that feature of the game. : Didn't know if it got cut off somewhere on accident on my behalf, or it got removed from the game..I asked a few times in /m but no one would answer me, or didn't know themselves. So, I thought I'd ask here and see if anyone knew!

 

Thanks for your time, and can go back reading the QQ/Troll post by the rest of these tools. :D

    Hmm.  Maybe the graphics are buried under your mini-map, trying going into options and expanding the size of your UI, then using the dragging tool in the upper left corner of your Mini-Map to drag the map down a bit and see if your loot appears.

     

    I was seeing loot being picked up while I was playing, it is still there.

    I had the loot pop-up while I was playing. I know there is an auto loot setting somewhere. I assume you have that switched on.  Unfortunately like the rest of you guys I cannot login to client to find the setting.

    Alright, I appreciate the reply.^^ Will look into trying to expand my UI and seeing if that would fix it. I was playing with it as small as it would go, and moved my map to the top. Don't know if that would interfere with it or not. D: But it's quite annoying not seeing what I'm looting. ._.; Thank you, and hope to try it out soon!

    Yeah, when I cut off the Auto-Loot function, it would show what was on the corse drop list. But what I was talking about, was when you looted with, or without the Auto-Loot function. You would get a little scrolling tid-bit on the right side of your screen, showing you what you have looted, and has gone into your inventory.

    Not a big deal for many, but I really enjoyed the function. I set up quite a few chat logs in Aion to be able to see what was looted, cause I couldn't stand having to actually look at what was on the bodies/or scroll through my inventory to see what I've been getting. But, I thank you for the replies, I really appreciate the input.^^

    Sure thing!  I hope it works.  I know I had dragged my mini-map to a larger size once, and I thought my loot displays had disappeared as well.  Then realized I buried them under the mini-map graphic when I stretched it out.  The icons from your loot don't seem to overlay in front of the map, at least it didn't for me when this happened.

    Will have to try that out, for sure. Was highly annoying to not see what I was getting for the hours was playing. Would stop and sit there look through settings for about 5minutes and scratch my head, really confused. lol ; ;

    It would seem that the loot scrolling side bar, is set to above your mini-map, and not a way (That I know of) to move. So, since I put my mini-map to the top right, it messed the bar up, and couldn't see it. :(
