Log problem anyone ?

anyone else cant logging since the latest build restart ?

    i got a message saying game will restart for a new build, and i can't log back in now..there must be a patch coming.

    My wife still plays , i needed to download a patch now i cant log back in :)
    Dunno why she dint needed to download a patch tough...

    It's only been a few minutes since the restart.

    If in 1982 we played with the current mentality, we would have burned down all the pac man games since the red ghost was clearly OP. Instead we just got better at the game.

    People you should know by now that when probably tens if not hundreds of thousands of people try to log in almost simultanously after update you might have some problems. the only thing to do is wait 5-10 min and try again.

    3 account holders in our house, none of which can login now after the new build, back to the 42 error code again, 4 days and they havn't got any further.  Anets FB page is covered in celebration pics, I dont really think they should be celebrating anything right now, not until the game is up and running as it should be.

    Yep it's the same for me.  Bad idea to patch and restart the servers in the middle of launch day.   All of the EU playerbase is trying to access the login servers at the same time.  Many Anet hamsters died during this restart.

    yep..my son bought it last night and i promismed him that id start the patcher and maybe even log in and test it out...but suprise! its down ..this is a very VERY bad start to gw2 release..not being able to hardly play head start and now even on release theres serious problems just trying to login

    also you can follow them on the twitter they tend to give out updates quicker there with login issues etc.

    Im starting to doubt their ability to put out an update without breaking the login servers.

    The login servers were broken from the start..... i expect their main focus for updates at the moment is trying to fix that. Its not working though. 

    Personally, the Black Lion Trading Post being down, the buggy Guild features, and party members not showing up on the map are pissing me off more...... i can normally log in after a few attempts

    Yeah, new build available = go make a cup of coffee, do some laundry, watch a bit of TV, another cup of coffee, log back on

    I feel bad for EU gamers...

    US has had a relative smooth experience since headstart launched.

     

    As far as the "new build available. As soon as I see that message with the 3m counter I log off, update and log back in. Wonder why there are so many more issues for EU.
