    to tell a bit about mages here you go:

    Pro's.
    -Awsome attack spells
    -g00d for staratagy players
    -save money on food and water

    Con's
    -NO GOOD WITH ATTACKS IN CLOSE RANGE
    -Can only wear cloth
    -Have NO in battle heal spells

    in bg2 i hated multiclassing, sept Kensai mage which was amazing... is there a class thats similar to this? and if not what would you say is the greatest damage dealer. without worying about defence n crap, just the all out flashiest and heaviest in damage...

    Mages and Rogues are the dps kings in terms of burst dps

    Hunters have good sustained dps. Warriors can dish out some damage too.

    Rogues are overplayed as badly as shaman though.

    I like druids, but hate shamans as they are too dependent on Totems (hate totems) ::::27::

    i ended up going warlock lol, not my usual style of play but its fun watching people run around in fear while i have 3 stacked dot spells draining them away
