The keg game, I found. It's in Hoelbrak, near the giant ice lake, northwest corner if I remember. You enter it like it's sPVP from an NPC there. Had a blast. Fairly fun little mini game. That's all I found so far.
Apparently the only game that's in currently is Keg Brawl. Everything else is in the same state as it wwas in the beta, which slightly ticks me off. I'm like 1 of 1,000 people who were actually super excited for all the different activities. But Polymock gate is not working is not working, I haven't seen the bar brawl, the mechanical band isn't usable and neither is the target shootout.
Snowden's Drift (I think I have the name right) has a game in which you shoot rabbits with an arrow... damn difficult I might add.
I'm pretty certain that if all you are doing is checking off vistas, POIs, hearts, skill points and revealing the map... you're missing a lot of the hidden content that really is off the beaten path. They really do want you to explore every inch of the map... not just what the map shows you. Start talking to NPCs... they sometimes have something for you to do and they aren't always associated with the map items.
There really is a lot of things in this game to do. Also there are daily random kills, crafting, harvesting, man the list goes on and on. Things that just happen while you are playing.

That's not what he's talking about. Activities in guild Wars 2 are some 30 or so mini game like things to do within capital cities, about 5 each, that can be competetitive, provide actual rewards, or can be just plain fun. However, it appears that the only known activity to be in the game thus far is Keg brawl, which is in the Norn capital of Hoelbrak on Lake Mourn.
You've probably seen the cites where these activities will take place. Asuran Polymock area is visible from the Rata Sum map and can be gotten to with some clever exploring, however the gate leading there is closed with a worker explaining that he's currently fixing it.
In Divinity's Reach, the target shootout is occupied by a "private party" and the mechanical music generator thing is not open for players to manipulated.
Similar with the Arena in Lion's Arch, which players can only presume is mini pet battles.
I was excited for the activities, so to see them not in at launch is kind of saddening. Having a blast in Keg brawl. And of course, there's so much already to this game that I'm enjoying it a ton. But these were expected launch features.

Are you for really? I am so doing that tonight with my roommate.
I have found the Keg game, it is fun but takes a few to understand what the point of the game is.

It is near the entrance to the city. Playing it will help complete the heart that is there as well.
