Guild Wars 2 Login is #$?!ed No Support

Ok, so I bought GW2 and as a vetern MMO gamer I expect some issues. The fact I can't login to the game at all, is pretty messed up. I can login at work just fine, but not at home. ArenaNet has no support to call to figure this out, and its getting to the point where I'm just about to say just forget it. 

Here is the error and if you get it, you're pretty much hosed. I have set my computer as a DMZ, done all the port forwarding, UAC off, Run as Admin, and same crap each time I go to launch. I guess i'll go back to EQ, FFXI, or mix in a little D3 till it gets figured out, just very frustrating. Funny thing about all this is my Work PC is behind a sonicwall with deep packet inspection and no forwarding and works great LOL!

    Quick question, who is your ISP?

    Just asking because I do know a lot of the new modems being used by cable providers and especially Verizon are gateway modems supposedly set in bridge mode (which often means yes, they disabled the dhcp side of the modem but left its internal firewall, smartpacket and other annoying features enabled)... And this game is very touchy when it comes to firewalls...

    Try searching the technical support forums and see if they have any answers for you.

    Wait a minute or two and try again. Had that happen today. waited like 2 minutes and was fine.

    Good Call on the email, I modified the image to hide that info. Here is my configuration:

    ISP : AT&T U-Verse

    Gateway/Router: 2WIRE Gateway

    Still not able to login from home, but I'll update you guys once it gets worked out.

    Fixed !!!! Verified my email on work PC then tried to login at home and got right in!

    YAY, I'll be playing GW2 tonight!

    That happened to me when I clicked login before the new files had been downloaded.  I had to close the launcher and restart to get it to work.
