Because im having tons of fun . thought about EQ2 for a long time ,but got less interested after playing wow .and eve . when i got bored of them i traded my WOW copy for my friends EQ2 and god i think i made one helluva deal
this is the first mmorpg i have ever considered start crafting .
it took some time to get the graphics settings right ,the guide at eq2players helped me alot and i have now stunning graphics with shadows and maxed textures .running around as an Ogre Necromancer creates some giggles and manny ppl want to talk to me and comment .
i dont have experience of how combat was pre cu .but i like it now . only problem is that i cant find enough time to play as long as i want to.hehe
Great graphics and team/group play. Nice variety of skills. Good guild. Im a bit worried about the lack of PvP at the end game, but then I havent tried Dessert of Flames yet.
Because, despite the few gripes I have about the game (key being the linear progression of the character... I prefer a skill based system) it's the best Fantasy MMORPG on the market.
It's the only one I've had consistant fun in recently.
