LOL guildwars 2 sold out

I sit here with not a thing to do so I said F it I will buy guild wars 2. I did not like the PVP at all during the beta but with nothing to do Iwas going to get it anyways. Nope I go to buy it and it's sold out thanks ArenaNet you saved me from my self come a day or so from now.
I just wish guildwars 2 had good PVP like guild wars had I love to PVE world easy as pie but I liked it just not the crap story line.
But really how the hell can you run out of a download game when all you do is have a key gen make new account keys.

Actually there was an announcement from ArenaNet which basically said,that due to extremely many saled to this moment
they will freeze online buying in order to ensure servers wont be too crowded and laggy.You can buy retail box from a magazin thou.

Anet didnt run out of downloads or serial codes.
They shut down the digital download intentionally because the community was outgrowing the current servers.
They are smart enough to know that just adding new servers now will hurt in the long run so they are letting the community settle and then they will reopen digital download.
You can still buy a boxed version but Anet was completely in the right with this decision.
It's not sold out. Anet decided that they sold too many copies of the game and, to keep player servers stable while maintaining a high pop for many realms, they stopped selling their game until further notice.
Of course, you can buy it from another retailer or store.
How is that not sold out, again?
They turned off digital, box sales still exist everywhere. That's how. Sold out means everything is gone.
But if thier not selling it then technically it's all gone. Maybe he doesn't want a box and prefers DL.
They stopped sales on THEIR WEBSITE.
Though, it looks like they might have cut off giving further keys to retailers. Amazon has the normal download as not available. I think you can get the digital deluxe version from them, however. They also have box sales.
Doesn't matter if you get a box or not. As long as you have a key you have the game really.
Well it really matters little to me anyways since I was forceing my self to play there wvwvw in beta I am glad there sold out. They just saved me 60$ and a big why did I buy this knowing I did not like the PVP in gw2.
I am a big time PVP player but that is lacking in GW2 at least anything like GW or DAoC. Not to metion I love playing a healer but i can get over that part. You would think they would at least have a bard class for twisting speed and other buffs to move in small groups and hit target groups and forts.
