How can I tell what time zone a server is in?

OK, it took me a few hours to find the answer so I'll be cool and post it now...
All American servers are located in Austin Texas, however the server time on all American servers are set to Pacific West Coast time so that you schedule events with your friends using the server time to keep everyone in sync.
