Day 1
I bought this game wednesday, i registred the moment i got hope and got an error message: invalled password. "Hmm what is this now" : i thought . .. i use a masterpassword so its the same everywhere...
After 20 minutes i decided to open a ticket, hey il probably be helped in a few hours right? they have support like wow right?
....
Gone to check forums to leave a note : forums are down.
Registered on a different website for support (wtf!!! how hard is to put everything in one place?)
Now finaly logged in in the support website.... its not clear at all where to make my ticket so i pick a random spot, no harm done right?
After a full day i get this:

This has to be some sick and cruel joke?! i mean you got the problem in front of you, its just sending me a mail to fix stuff.
Day 2:
So 24 hours has past and im feeling realy glum about the situation. Ive read that guild wars has twitter for information: so i create a twitter account ( yes i hate social media ). I start tweeting or whatever ... and notice, they dont notice me at all , so after 10 "tweets" im done. Maybe il check facebook? A huge facepalm here, the peeps controlling twitter and facebook dont have a clue whats going on.
Day 3:
I have been waiting for that mail to arrive, a response about the ticket within my ticket.
Day4:
I want a refund.
So yes, the launch is a complete failure, support is a complete failure. And even worse i hear peeps got banned for "exploiting the game" dont know the details but, if your game is buggy: take it upon yourself, because you neglected to check extra for bugs. . . dont take it out upon your playerbase.
1 more day and i trow the game in the garbage.
I am realy fed up with the situation and espcialy with the support i have been given. . . ive lost all hope that it will be okay.

This is the second time you've posted the same thread, so clearly you want to show your negativity towards the game due to your CS experience.
While the CS is currently abismal right now and a 4-day delay is totally unacceptable in providing support for someone who can't login, I suggest you follow those steps to correctly get you in priority for hacked accounts, supposedly it shouldn't take longer than 72 hours according to their most recent daily game update.
"For hacked accounts, expect a response within 72 hours. As of this writing we're working on tickets submitted August 30. If you submitted a hacked account ticket on August 29 or earlier, and haven't received a response yet, your ticket may not be correctly prioritized. In that case, please submit a new ticket using the above instructions, and in the title write, "Hacked Account - Ticket submitted August 2x - Ticket number xxxxxx-xxxxxx" (fill in the date and ticket number), and we will prioritize your existing (August 29 or earlier) ticket."

This is, of course, if you haven't gotten a refund yet, if your experience is true, it should be more than enough reason to demand a refund in my opinion but since you keep posting about that I think you still have some hope to actually play the game. Anyway, good luck in the way you decide to proceed with this matter.

It sucks, and I feel for you, but that is fairly typical of CS at launch time for any MMORPG. They get so swamped that it just takes them a while.
Sometimes CS even sucks outside of launch time. My blizzard account got hacked once, all my chars deleted, account locked, and it took me like 2 months and multiple emails for them to unlock it.
Are you team Azeroth, team Tyria, or team Jacob?
Since the OP uses a "Master Password" which is stupid. He most likely was already hacked. Since the hackers are going around to old game forums and games and checking for this as stated by Arenanet. OP you do realize they sold over a million copies of this game right? God forbid they don't get to your ticket right away. Want some more cheese with your whine? Also comparing Arenanets CS to Blizzards right now just doesn't hold merit. This game just came out and with all games support gets hit ahrd until things slow down. Yes even Blizzard had this issue at launch too so they wouldn't have been much help either.
The game did not have a fail launch OP. You set yourself up to be hacked because you use the same password everywhere. So this is really your fault and not Arenanet. Glad you are going for a refund we don't need you QQing. Enjoy your panda sir.

Indeed i wanted to show this again, ty for reading my reply from before in a different thread. Just want to make sure that peeps know that compared to any other mmo out there this support team works realy ... .. lets call it different?
Anyway i was not hacked since ive never made it past the inlogscreen. Ive gained allot of hatred for arenanet and ncsoft for dragging this out so long ... i realy do not understand why it has to take so long.
