I am sick of SoE and the bad custoner service in EQ. Can anyone give me the pro & cons of GW?
One aspect I like of EQ is the buying/selling in the bazaar. Epecially on the Firiona Vie server where very few items are 'no drop"; almost everything is tradable/sellable. Does GW have a bazaar type element? Is there a server like that in WoW or are all like that?
I play a L70 ranger in EQ. What is the equivlent in GW?
What about Wow? Which is more like EQ, Wow or GW?
Any advice would be appreciated.

GW is a totaly different kind of game. It is basically a single player when your out of the towns/outposts. The storyline is great, to bad it is to boring to repeat to make a second character. Getting from level 1 - 20 is absolutley no challenge what so ever. I would ecourage getting it if you are a pvp lover. Gw you cannot raid which i realy enjoy.
If you are choosing to switch to either WoW or GW i highly suggest WoW.
Coming from a long time EQ and EQOA player.

WoW is an overgrown EQ tutorial, however if you like raiding, you should be 60 in no time and the raiding is said to be nice, not that I care about it. It is easier to play WoW to the end than to get to level 30 in EQ.
GW...if you dont like PvP, I suggest you reconsider, PvP has benefit that you cant get outside of it.
SoR could be nice if you where the type of player to tradeskill a lot in EQ and you happen to enjoy Morrowind and Rolemaster at the same time. The game is extremely harsh.
CoH will always be a blast if all you want is a good combat mechanic where you REALLY can solo...lot of customisation, but no gear. The scrapper have been shafted badly, they even lost a reason to exist, but hopefully it will get better (an EQ ranger would be a scrapper). The game is extremely friendly, there is still challenge and you make great fun.
Horizons...play a dragon for 2 weeks! Worth it, then move to something else (unless you fall in love with the game). Best tradeskilling game IMO. The game is harsh, especially in the interface.
DAoC...if you never try it, a few very nice changes compare to old EQ...but it is PvP. The game is friendler than EQ...but not that much more.
