OK this is more a thought for us all to mull over, than a recomendation...just thinking out loud.
So I'd be more likely to think that WoW is more a draw on GPU than CPU.
And your using your same GPU, that was working fine and giving better FPS in the game, than now.
I suddenly find myself wondering if the PCI settings in BIOS, had been messed with before, and might just need to be set back to normal?
Maybe set everything in BIOS back to default, except anything that has to do with SSD or HD?
What do you guys think? I dont have, or havent worked on that board, CPU,or GPU, so again, Im just thinking out loud.
Having looked at some of those readings in CPUID i would think the above is a good place to start - move everything to default/auto
Now i could be wrong and my PC is currently out of actions so cant check, but some of those readings dont look right, so doing a mass reset on bios imo is a good idea.
Have you tried any over clocking on this? or the previous owner?
Ok that last pic is telling us that your memory is running at 668mhz - this is wrong. Your memory is compatible with this motherboard? As your memory i would think is 1333.
If you chuck in 2 sticks does your memory start running at 1333? Wondering if this is just your memory not working in dual channels. However if your system is still clocking at 668mhz with 8gb in let us know.

Thats the way it shows as half the speed so Ram is OK, DDR means you double the rate. So 668 is fine, if it said 1333 it would be running at 2666mhz, a tad high, lol.

So my video card is the 660 ti superclocked, what would happen if i put the GPU boost on the motherboard? theres a toggle that boosts the gpu should i do that or not?

Well i reset everything to default nothing really seemed to change at all and im pretty sure my friend just used the default cpu boosters in the bios
and my video card doesnt even show up on this program or temp wise

Well it looks like your RAM is at the right speed and your CPU is at the right speed. Your GPU was working just fine before.
if you"ve got all the "Important Updates" from Windows Update, all the right BIOS and Drivers from ASUS, as well as the right
Drivers from Nvidia, then I am clueless. If you haven't maybe uninstall the GPU drivers, driver sweep them and reinstall.
