keep on refreshing a site even when i am not here
for example i program it to refresh for a certain amount of hours while i am gone
anything like that?

WELL i found an extension for firefox thats allows that to happen
its just that for somewierd reason if i dont browse something or playsome game
for about 2 hours my DSL connection kinda dies
so yeah
