Hello everyone,

We regretfully inform you that the November Features announcement will be postponed. The validation process is taking a bit longer than expected, and we will only be able to release this information next week.

However, we are pleased to be able to show you the first results of motion capture work done in partnership with Snailgame... The Troll dance !!

I am able to post on DnL's main forums. Now.. if only they handled the announcement with that kind of speed and professionalism image .. oh well, atleast i got a dancing troll!

    Not surprised, these guys are right on the wire... good to see the motion capture making a start, thanks to Snailgames

     

    Now at least, Motion Capture is a reality for DnL! image

    You shouldn't have been banned for that post. Is it a permanent ban or just temporary?

    So it is a good thing we have these boards and the unofficial DnL boards at http://dnlcommunity.editboard.com/

    Still I suspect they don't want to announce anything until they are sure themselves of a release date. So whenever they release the information we know the game is just around the corner.

    DnL is more than Alchemic Dream.

    if i recall, some information was to be given out at end of september, what was it? was it just the cleric class info and update of dwarves? cause it was a let down that nothing new came up, we all know what clerics pretty much do but have no info on whats extremely important; quests, content, combat etc. i do hope that they give out something etc. etc. soon cause i NOW can see why a lot of people are getting annoyed and leaving DnL's side. The troll dance was a tad weird (for a half troll) reminds me way too much of the annoying all race down in EQ2 - absolutely no difference in type of dance for any race. Seems a half troll that is brutish and savage would have a arms swinging heavily dance that would crush anybody who got near.

    You have got to be kidding me? They banned you fro that? I post a lot worse than that and have never even received a slap on the wrist. As much as we argue on here I am truly sorry dude I know you like the game and have always been a supporter of it. Are you sure that wasn't some kind of mistake?

    Sigh... these guys are probably hotshot programmers. And I love their overall design but as business people they leave a lot to be desired.

    heheh, that was a pretty funny dance i must admit, but what's up with their grammar:

    "from time to times"   and   "everybody fear the terrible"

    "from time to time"     and   "everyone fear the terrible" or "everyone fears the terrible"

    I hope these 2 lines out of 5 were no indication of how the content is going to read in game. I'm usually not a stickler about these kind of things, but in game...it should be perfect.

    I am wondering if they will meet their November release. I have only been following the game a few months but so far they just do not seem very organized. The game looks great in theory though, but iI am getting the impression that the release might be kind of a mess. WoW had it's problems for a few weeks too so I may just buy this around Christmas once the initial confusion is over.

    Not surprising a lot of the time on the site's main page I will either get a text menu with continue or something at the bottom in French that I figured out that I needed to click it to get to the graphical page, or sometimes I cannot even get to the main page at all. Hope they can run game servers better than web servers or they better quadruple their staff just for CS purposes :)

    Anyway glad it worked out for you Birdseeds.

    That's happened to me a few times. Very frustrating I must say image butI am pretty sure it's a glitch. Glad to see it's working again for you!!!

    I think Wallyworld has clues on sale 3 for a dollar, now at that price they are very small clues but maybe I should have bought some and sent to the Devs. Even a small clue would be better than what they seem to have right now.

    You have heard the term "suicide by cop' ? This game is trying to commit "suicide by developer". I wonder how many November sales they lost with their latest bit of unprofessional behavior.

    whats funny is the website and the development of the game are being handled by two completely different companies.

    Really, where is this information at ? Sort of like Farlan and NPCube are two seperate entities. Yet if you try to go to Farlans webpage guess where you end up? Does not matter birds of a feather etc etc.

    Christ lol so they cant give out info on the day they said if this makes you leave the game then LOL you sucker, you would leave when the game is out anyways, delayd patches, delayed info it happens and there's a good reason :| relax lol see daoc or the like, there's often a weeks longer waiting on info, and on euro daoc for one month you coulnd't sign up, pay or cancel your account, course the game was hacked, and the game is stil alive -_- these forums has to be biggest whiner forums ever lol
