Guys think they'll ever make a SWG 2?

I mean if the Dev's could get it right and actually test Bugs, and what not it would be awsome and maybe be what we hoped for back long ago " In a Galaxie FAR FAR away"

    I tend to doubt it. I think a lot of developers look at Ashron's Call 2 and see how sequals can ruin both games.

    EQ2 is doing good because it was one of the flagships of a very successful first mmorpg.

    I dont think SWG2 will happen

    SWG certainly deserves a muligan. The game had stupid amounts of potential, and still does to some extent.

    I'd invest $15 to give SWG2 a go.

    Yea, if Blizzard or NcSoft would have the right to SWG2 then it would be awosme.

    They should make a SWG2

    They have made lots of profit form this one :)

     

    Maybe they'll get it right next time! With SOE tho i doubt it

    Lucasarts should put a pre-order out on that just to test the waters. If NC Soft did it I'd pre-order now.

    ESPECIALLY if they set it post-Ep6. No continuity issues.

    Yea, NcSoft does a good job on CoH, patches take a little longer, but when they put upt he patch they really have lots of content, and other goodies.

    Prolly in 5 years or after SoE rights over a MMO with the Star War franchise has expired.

     

    LA may pick SoE again for the SWG2, but it will not be something granted and automatic, SoE will have to work hard to get the second title...this is how LA work.

     

    Maybe the 7th movie will hit the shelves also...but that would prolly be in like 20 years!  image

    Well, SWG was a hit when it was released, shame the dev's was such boneheads and lost their goal to create a world around the later movies.
    I don't remember seeing hundreds of jedis on the movies? ::::35::

    IF SWG2 would be created i think Lucas Arts would prefer to make it themself or hire a far more experienced mmorpg developer..
