Planetside 2 question

On Planetside 2 website, they have a commercial of buying the game on the site it says

 

Instant Beta Access....

 

 

Does that meen , if i buy the game, i will be able to play the beta instant and/or , able to play untill retail.

 

OR

Am i just able to on a particular dates...

 

 

Also i was playing the orginal PS , 10 years ago, im kinda hyped of this info

    You're not actually buying the game since it's going to be F2P. You're buying 40$ worth of station cash, along with some nice extras, which include beta access the moment you buy it as far as I know. The beta is always up, not only at certain dates, except for some maintanence times ofc.
