Favorite free MMOG?

I know everyone (if anyone is even viewing this post) is going to be like "all free MMOG's suck", but I don't care. Even if they DO all suck, what is your favorite one? I seriously want to know, I would be wililng to pay for a Pay to Play MMOG (I recently payed for World of Warcraft), however right now I don't have the money or time. I want to know everyone's opinions on their favorite MMOG's so one with the most votes is the one im going to play for a while.

    Is Guild Wars an "MMOG". I think it is. It's not really an MMORPG, imo, but I guess it does have RPG elements... anyway, I've been hooked since the first Beta Weekend Event, and I still play after all this time.

    Try endless ages  at www.mmolands.com it is personally my favorite and you can play the beginning zones (plenty of content) for free as long as you wish

    98% of the teenage population does or has accepted Marijauna propoganda. If you are one of the 2% that thinks for yourselves and has read any of the many scientific studies that prove cannabis is harmless then please paste this in your signiture.

    I think i have tried it before... I'm not sure though. Does it have good graphics or at least decent ones? If its a really good game I don't care about the graphics, I just want to know. I saw screenshots on the website but I wasnt sure if it was for Endless Ages or another game made by the company (there was a few on there).

    GTH is another good free mmo. Community is a lot better compared to GW and the animation and graphics r pretty stylish

    Other. SOLDAT man. I LOVE THAT GAME. It's the most amazing 2D MMOG I have ever played in my entire life. No joke. The graphics are crappy but its so fast paced and so bloody. Try it out.

    Yeah the graphics are full 3D very original and bright, I am quite fond of them actually, look at the screens on the site for EA

    Knight Online is the only free one ive played other than ROSE Online... so yeah... knight isnt great but its not terrible either. i do think its better than ROSE. however, u need to save up the money to get a job and get WoW again. i havent played it yet, but i have heard nothing but great things about it.::::24::

    Yeah going off guild wars... too frantic and no real social interaction and i'd agree its not an mmorpg...

    Favourite free one is Deloria (see sig) graphics are crappy, sound HAS to be turned off its so bad, but it was my first MMO (your first always has a special place huh?) and the people are great.

    You can see just how crappy it is in the games list in under development - its been in 'beta' now for nearly 4 years...

    There's dozens of highly populated (500+) realms listed there. Depends on your gameplay type and stuff.

    The free MMORPG that I prefer is Kal Online, but it is far from being perfect. I can't find a addictive free game, only a good MMORPG to spend a few hours.

    Sure it is. I mean, it's a game, and alot of people play it. It's not first person so its not MMOFPS. If it's not a MMOG then what is it?

    KalOnline has the best gfx out of all the free MMOs, but I agree, there are no good free MMOs, they all lack what makes MMOs good. Many are, sorta slapped there and its hard to find flow, or lack quests... dear lord, quests! Others lack options, but none truly match the big ones. Even some of the pay MMOs are like that, Anarchy Online for example.

    I would recomend Anarchy Online. It is free , and it is a real MMORPG - not some underbudget project.

    To be fair i will spill you the shortcomings of AO right away. Well first the graphic are old. Second AO is MMORPG predating the QUEST's system WoW introduced. So it is more grind based. Fights are not dynamic and take longer than they should (imho)

    Good things about AO. Whole lot of classes. Complex,complex,complex - much more than wow or any other game out there ! Really good comunity! Live RP GM's...

    So why is it free? Because funcom have seen drop in players so they decided to give the basic AO for free. And if you want to have any of expansions you start to PtP...

    Anaorchy online. (Basic account) Great game... not best up to date graphics but over all great game... try it out www.anarchy-online.com. Ooh and the free offer ends in 2007 :)

    Shooters have their own category, and Soldat is a shooter. Shooters aren't MMOG. Just because a game has people you connect to and is online doesn't make it an MMOG.
