A few quick questions of current SWTOR players

Hi.

I was curious to your experiences with the game post patch 1.4.

In the SWTOR forums there seems to be many adversly affected by the many bugs associated with the patch and many who's game play wasn't badly hampered, and some who experienced better game play (better FPS and better rendered shadows.)

Was your gameplay greatly affected either negatively, positively, or not at all?

Also, if you would indulge me,

could you please state what your average hours of SWTOR played per day was before patch 1.4, and how many hours per day you figure you played after patch 1.4.

My game play was not affected at all. I play the same now as I did before, about 4 to 6 hours a day.

I've got increased FPS from the shadow optimization (using a 6870), but there are bugs that Companion's helmets keep appearing sporadically and a lot of users are having a FPS decrease (those seem to be mostly crossfire users). haven't got to do the newest Operation yet, scheduled to do it on Sunday for the first run. Looking forward to it.

I logged off on my friends ship the last time I've played too and somehow logged in 4 others ships when I logged back. Was humorous, in that I couldn't see them but they could see me.

Screenshot. Had to use a Fleet Pass to warp out eventually. Forgot to mention, I play casually since I work part time, take college online and subbed to TSW also. So I get an hour a day in usually, a few more on days I'm free.

I play about 4-6 hours a day if I can before and after patch.. Patch 1.4 didnt seem to affect my gameplay at all. Ive seen some glitches, but nothing ground breaking or anything to ruin the game. I havent played the new operation terror from beyond yet, but the ppl that I know have played it and say its challenging.

I have single NVidia GTX 580 graphic card and my FPS went from 50-60 to 80-100 for planets and from 30-40 to 70-90 on fleet with 230 players on after Patch 1.4. I did not experience any problems, but many people state that they do. Not sure how widespread is the problem to be honest. I tried ambient oclusion which was available with latest driver, but it knocked my fps to 30, so I turned it off.

PS. Playing 3-4 hours on weekdays and more then 6 on weekends... nothing changed here

I am a PVE player in SWtOR and havn't notice much difference apart from better shadowing. Still maxed all settings.

Seems like with almost any MMO that often the PVP player seems to run into more issue's/bugs which might explains me often not seeing or running into issue's due to me not playing the PVP parts.

I havent played too much since the update, so i will just stick to one problem i have experienced.

After the update i cannot play with CrossFire activated. My map and mini map glitches..

Other tahn that, it looks great ;-)
