    Your imagination about the game, no matter if positive or negative is NO fact. Your "i heard from Tester A or heard from Tester B" statements are called spreading rumors usually.

    My decisions are only based on facts:

    So i will wait stresstest and release and then we can talk about the game.

    Ive seen combat videos before and believe me they will have combat in. I have not seen a crafting video or screenshot but not many games show screenshots or videos of this prerelease anyways. If crafting isnt FULLY in (I know some of the crafts are) I wont get my nuts in a twist about it. They got 42 crafts planned anyways. Seen plenty of videos/screenshots of towns. Havent seen a picture of trade window but again... how many games show screenshots or videos of trade windows prerelease? Seen videos of chat going on and I know that works. What do u mean how many classes have I seen? You cant SHOW a class. They all look like whatever the race you chose. Ive seen just about every race and im sure they got every class.

    DnL does MANY events and have alot of respect for their customers. It wont be anywhere near Mourning u can trust me on that. It will be playable and entertaining.

    It has all ready been said that the DnL team dont want to do a wow....... Ie you know what the best gear is even before the game was relased and you also knew what mob droped it and how often.

    There will be no ss of the ui (including chat) until the stress test as this is constantly changing and what the point of showing you a chat that wont be in relase

    Crafting ....... Devs seem very proud of this so expect ss of it soon ish

    Clases ...... they wont relase skill info or skill trees they well tell you the direction it it but the skills and how powerful id for you to find out and not be forced fed ir WOW again

     

    Now i can understand you wanting info before you buy. But they said theres gonna be a stress test so you will see your self before you buy i cant understand why you can be so negative about infomation realase when they have stated that we will stress test it (reduced features or not)

    u better hope dnl is a success or else u will be playing the same wow crap for the rest of mmorpg life.Wow is the biggest pile of crap ive played, so i dont think ill be too discouraged by dnl.

    man why do u even waste ur energy bashing this game, ive seen your posts alot now and all of them are negative, go find a new game, you are just simply bashing this game because you are a wow fanatic and u want no game to overthrow wow, and plus ur whining is so bloody annoying.

    From what I read over on the official boards the so called stress test is going to be with a disabled client. That info was posted on the "stress test " thread by Black Cactus who uses the same avatar as Blacksac over here so I will assume it is correct. Go dig the thread up yourself if you have doubts on this. How can anyone see anything on what the game is going to be like? But then maybe that is why the developers are going to use a disabled client rather than a full client like every other game manufacturer does for their stress tests. I guess they do not want anyone to see their combat or crafting or....well you get the picture It is not a open beta and if you do not believe me there is a thread on the official boards right now with Jaga stating as much.

    I just now realized what you meant by disabled client and that does seem really suspicious.  I assume the NDA will not be in effect after Nov. 5th?

    The problem is that not even people with direct access can actually prove it one way or another. Either they follow the terms of the NDA and don't say anything, or they violate the NDA and get flamed, deleted and banned. So asking for someone to prove it (good or bad) is a bit silly. And if you're going to ask for definitive proof that the game sucks, you should also ask for definitive proof that it doesn't.

    Hilarious! I think it's amusing when people attempt to bash a game by saying my friend knows someone that knows someone that is in beta that says the game sucks. Well my question to you is why follow the game or even post about it??? I know and we all know, you and these other complainers will be the first one on these forums crying about I want a free dl in November why do we have to pay? No one knows if this will be released only the people making the game and the lack of info isn't helping but form e to sit here and say the game isn't coming out would make me a moron just like some of these posters and say it doesn't come out, Oh well we never played it in the first place. The games that shouldn't of came out.. SWG,AC2 and basically any other sony project.

    That's exactly my point, noone can prove their point in this thread, wether they say the game rock or sucks, it's all based on faith and a few screenies. People are making assumptions and using them like facts.

    To believe either side you really have to try, wether trying real hard to believe the devs are telling the truth, or trying real hard to believe those NDA breaks are real there is no real evidence for either side, so people need to stop pushing that their idea is the absolute truth and leave people to their opinions, speculations and hopes about the game.

    as one of the optimistic people about this game it's getting real hard to not say "shutup you're a moron" when another game-bashing thread comes up. None of us have even played the game yet, it's ridiculous.

    Alot of you people think Dark & Light is being released in Novemeber... it is NOT. 

    NPCube has stated that there will be a Downloadable Client offered in Novemebr at a reduced rate for those willing to pay a small monthly fee to help pay test the game until it's official Box release some time in 2006.


    So offcoarse it won't be finished by Nov... they have already said as much.

    Summary, Dark and Lights release in November will not be a beta test. Its the actual game, its all the hours, coffee cups, late nights and dedication the developers have came up with so far. The only difference between Nov and the retail version ... Nov is download only and early 2006 will be a boxed unit. Of course more content will be available by 2006, hey, its an MMORPG what do you expect?

    Well.. that was a nice outdated post... Try downloading the Audio Pod Cast. What I said wasnt for verbatum, but a generalisation of what they said... since I cannot quote Audio.

    Secondly, I did not say paid beta. I quite sure there will be a short beta before the DL only version is released.  Then you will have to PAY to play the limited game (and help or not) while they tweak, fix and optimize until the official Box release sometime in 2006.

     

    Some of your quotes are from 8/12/05...     It's 10/17/05 if you havnt noticed.
