they say not to add links to other sites on here yet they have a key so that people can hyperlink words to other sites? well done *lamely applauds* they really should have thought the forum through before making it! RETARDS!::::11::::::26::::::25::::::27::::::23::::::40::

    There's A large difference between linking other sites for information , news etc than blantly advertising your friends forum for the sole purpose of people signing up to get more members and traffic etc.

    WRONG. You advertised. You must have permission for that. People hyperlinking to other sites are usually stating a reference or a video people might be interested in. So get your facts straight before opening your mouth.

    but it's still advertising is it not? they said dont advertise any other sites. so surely means that if you so much as say anything about another site that is counted as advertising and therefore should be deleted as mine was?::::25::

    No, its not. Advertising is "Come join us at this place!" or "Want a new forum? Come join us!".

    Normal hyperlinking is of the like of "Look at this funny video! Good laughs!". Massive difference.

    Yes, I do have to admit that the response from the moderator you got was very poorly worded.

    However, advertising on this site isn't just against the terms of service, it's against common sense. Why would you think that you could come on here and advertise for free?

    k main reason i was annoyed was because i had no sleep last nite so i was cranky. but also because some guy just came on 2 my last post and was just ripping the piss so i wasnt to happy about that. especially seein as it was some random 29 year old norwegian

    we have thos hyperlinks to provide instant connections to various places on the internet other than advertisements(news, pictures, etc).

    Presently, forums (all forums around the world) are being bombarded by one time poster hoping to gain some "traffic hits" We dont like that here. If we allowed it, 2/3 of our forums would be a spam advertisement board with the sheer amount of members we have

    We dont allow direct reference sites, other forums, as well as advertisements. Our rules of conduct is found in the F.A.Q section of the webpage.

    If you wish to advertise with us, please see Admin and he'll provide a banner for you (contractual agreements).
