A Green Lantern! They are the guardians of the universe and fight with a power ring that is only limited by their willpower. (also if it hasnt been charged in the last 24 hours) Their team is 3600 people deep, and they dont mess around!

I am a long time fan of Spiderman, so that is who i will be playing first.
I am turning 41 soon, and I have been reading about or watching Spiderman since I was 5. I have watched him grow from a 70s cartoon, to a future webslinger with a daughter. I love how he was tormented during the Alpha-Omega series, and his fantastic battles with Carnage and Venom. He has such strength of character, and he shows a very empathic worry about his friends and family. After all his fights, he still makes it out, unless he is trying to get into the X-Men, and you know how that doesn't work out.
I would like to sense his abilities in-game and get a true (if possible) feel for the character. Does he do well with the Hulk or vs. Wolverine. Does he spar often with Rhino, or does he loose control and take down a Fire God? I have played SW:TOR recently, and unsubbed there, so I can focus on playing Marvel Heroes when it is out. I have also participated in the beta for Star Wars, and I believe I gave concise information considering any game flaws. So, yes I would like an opportunity to beta test this game.

"In brightest day,
In blackest night,
No evil shall escape my sight,
For those who worship evil`s might,
Beware my power!
Green Lantern's light"
This post is funny and sad on so many levels...
Little does he know about "The Guardians of The Galaxy" which would give them a serious whooparse

I'm more concerned about if he knows the difference between Marvel and DC
A lot of power in a small package, Wasp! Janet Van Dyne has been gone since the Skrulls made her into a bomb, and I'd love to be able to play her in this.

Does it have to be a hero there Mr Judges? The names Wade Wilson, some call me Deadpool. Others call me crazy mother..... anyway I may not be one of your big shiney hero types but I have my good days. True I did once kill most of the marvel universe but hey, forgive and forget? They seem to have. Now who's up for Shawarma?
Because he can't stay quiet as much as I can't stay quiet about this awesome game!!!
WEAPONS, WEAPONS, AND WEAPONS.
Deadpool: "The day my father Odin banished me from Asgard, I was bitten by a vampire and had radioactive waste dumped into my eyes. To make matters worse, my mutant ability to control weather activated just as I was hit by a blast of gamma radiation. Nah, actually, I got this way by volunteering for the Weapon X program. They promised to cure my cancer. And they cured it all right, by giving me an outrageous healing factor. Then they labeled me psychotic and tossed me into a prison lab. So I escaped and became what some people might call a 'mercenary'. I prefer the title 'cleaner of the gene pool'. And I've made a lot of good friends along the way: like Arcade. He's always sending me to his amusement park."

Hero/antihero is fine (Punisher, maybe even Venom, for examples!).
There are, in fact, a ton of Marvel heroes that I love. I could easily come up with ten or fifteen heroes already announced for the game that I would love to use (and probably will use!) over time, and to this day, Wolverine remains my favorite comic character of all time. Nevertheless, I know who I'm using from day one, and it's not the ol' Canucklehead (though I DEFINITELY intend to give Patch the ol' run-through when I get the opportunity). I'm going to use The Punisher.
Why would I want to use him? Interestingly, though he's been around for better than a few decades now, he offers numerous traits that are rather unique in the world of superheroes. Though I love me Spidey's web-swinging and Wolvie's obscenely long claws, Frank's one of the few 'super' heroes that does his thing without the need for actual superpowers. And unlike Captain America with his iconic shield or Batman, with a whole cavalcade of gadgets, The Punisher gets by with more conventional tools: Raw but purely human physical strength, rarely-paralelled tactical supremacy, and some high-grade (and often military-grade) firepower.
Being a 28 year old male, I grew up with comic books, and still love the more happy-go-lucky characters like Spidey, but I also like my comics and comic book characters 'grown up'. It's interesting then that The Punisher is one of the few characters that seems to fill that role. His comics are often full of violence and profuse swearing, and not the least of all because Frank is an unrelenting and unapologetic killing machine, another thing that differentiates him from the other heroes (and often puts him at odds with other heroes as well). Granted, not that a story needs to have blood and profanity to be 'grown up' or an interesting read, but it's still rather refreshing.
Games based around The Punisher are also some of my favorites of all-time. I have very fond memories of The Punisher game Capcom made for the arcades and the Genesis, as it might be my favorite beat-em-up of all time (and beat-em-ups are DEFINITELY my favorite genre of all time). The Punisher for PS2, XBox and PC was also a very good game by a very good game studio, and it saddens me that Volition is too busy making more Saint's Row games to revisit The Punisher.
All this said, it seems that Frank is strangely AWOL from a lot of these group Marvel games, and from gaming in general. His lack of presence in Marvel Vs. Capcom 3 was distressing (coming from the 'Official' Punisher of the GameFAQs board for that game), and their decision to give Captain America a Punisher alt was only slight (though still appreciated) consolation. He didn't appear in either Ultimate Alliance game in ANY way, and I was beginning to think he wouldn't make a re-appearance in gaming anytime soon.
That's one of the reasons that Gazillion's decision to add him to this game has me SUPER-excited. There's a ton of Marvel heroes I could see myself using, as I already said, but I'm reserving a special spot for Frank Castle. Whether I get in this beta or not (here's hoping!) I know the man in the skull shirt is going to punish the guilty in due time... and I'm going to love it. :-D
I would like to play as Spiderman because I love his powers and I like how he protects everyone. i would love try out the diffrent suits in the game and to see what diffrent abilities he has in the game. I have always loved that Spiderman was an ordinary human being and became one of the world's greatest super heros. I look forward to experiencing all of the challenges that await Spiderman in this game.
I would choose Black Panther for the following reasons:
He's the ruler of one of the most technological nations in the world.
He's very intelligent (as evident from his Ph.D. in physics from Oxford University) as well as being one of the smartest people in the Marvel Universe.
He knows various fighting styles.
He has various mystical artifacts and vibranium weapons and gear at his disposal.
He has a drive that pushes him to be the best at what he does.
Deadpoool, because he is aan interesting character and his ranged guns and meelee-like swords offer a versatile type of gameplay, and he has not seen a lot of playability in other games.

I know I already gave my pick (Nightcrawler) but had to add others I would play if they are available in game:
Master of Kung Fu
Daredevil
The Blob
Juggernaut
Powerman or Iron Fist (The 70's clothing was pretty damn cool back then)
Mr. Sinister
Mysterio
Galactus ( who the hell wouldn't want to feed on planets)
last but not least Dormammu one freaking badass villain that the sissy and sweaty looking Dr. Strange would always thwart.
Little does he know about "The Guardians of The Galaxy" which would give them a serious whooparse

Seems legit.
