[mod edit] you are angry about the game because u cannot play like before when you were a subscriptor. you want to play like a subscriptor but you don't wanna pay anything.
that is not F2P you should know that. now BW is so good that they give to the former subscriptor (ex subscriptor) as a Preferred Status Player, more info here:
http://www.darthhater.com/articles/swtor-news/22123-bioware-details-preferred-status
and this one shows that Bioware is listening the community now:

okay that is what i wanted to say
DON'T BE TROLS
Comments
well, if people wouldn't be upset, they would not have changed it, and they would just lose subs.
people need to complain so things can be fixed, people who do not complain are either dead or... too rich :P
uh, and next time you ask people not to troll, how about you start yourself with NOT trolling? ^^
first thing you wrote in this post was an insult dude.
"I'll never grow up, never grow up, never grow up! Not me!"
I just listened my community.
i was making a free to play MMO without action bars and warzones and cartel coins.
but now because i listened my community (even tho theres no free to play community yet) i will give 3 action bars 20 warzones per week and and some bind is only 1 day.
am i the best company in the world?!
this was not a business trick,I repeat this was not a business trick,it just shows that i listen my community and my game is free and all kind of weird stuff.
Let's internet
I am surprised that people are acting as if SWTOR is first MMO to use this model. I play all the so called F2P mmos as a monthly subscriber. My two top being EQ2 and AOC.
Isn't it time people realise that F2P is more like an extended trial where you get the client without paying for the box price and get a very extended but limiting trial. In the end in order to get full access to the game you have to pay monthly sub.
So I give you horrible options take some of those horrible options away and now I'm a great company? No.
Their restriction for a preferred player now appear to be close to SOE's (although SOE doesn't have weekly limits on things from the games I play of theirs, just armor restrictions). So they go from the worst to on par with the worst and we should praise them?
Now the question is do you want to listen free to play account bots gold selling , scamming whining whatever in your pay to play world?
Let's internet
I am dealing with them on daily basis in GW2. I think that comes with the terrtory.
i've never said they are the best company in the world
Actually, nobody wants that.
"angry about the game because u cannot play like before when you were a subscriptor" Newsflash: more than 1.5 million people already left the game, because they didn't liked at all playing it, when they were subscriptor. Nor when they were subscribers. And trust me, most of them won't come back (some posted it here, my buddies also have this opinion: even if EA would pay to them, they'd say, no way to play TOR again.)
Those few who are willing to come back, are the ones who's laughing at the crappy f2p plan of EA. So far it seems to be good for only one thing: to get more money out of subscribers via the cash shop. And it's not even a surprise, it's just the good ol' EA greed...
When your business model is "pay to have any fun", you might as well just keep a free trial + sub model. If a game is called F2P, playing it for free should be possible without a huge hassle. For example, LotRO, Aion and DDO do F2P well.
Releasing a F2P version that's so restrictive no one in their right mind would play it just makes no sense.
Im certainly glad they made some changes as I thought some of the initial F2P listing was a bit harsh. Good for Bioware/EA to change things up. They may change a few more before it goes F2P.
All my opinions are just that..opinions. If you like my opinions..coolness.If you dont like my opinion....I really dont care.
Playing: ESO, WOT, Smite, and Marvel Heroes
QFT. The feeling of entitlement MMO players have is staggering. If you like an MMO you're playing, then pay for it to pay the developers' salaries, which in turn helps them create more content. MMO dev houses aren't a charity - they aren't making these games out of the goodnes of their hearts in the hopes we'll be their BFFs.
I make spreadsheets at work - I don't want to make them for the games I play.
So well in fact that Turbine had massive layoffs recently. And NCsoft is where potentially good MMOs go to die.
I make spreadsheets at work - I don't want to make them for the games I play.
Dead or stupid or rich.
