Hi...I quit Eve about year ago and now tried to reactivate but it won't recognice my email, my username or anything...do they delete accounts over time?
I've had friends re-activate accounts after over a year of inactivity with absolutely no hassles and to date, the only accounts that I have ever heard of being deleted were because the people who used them broke the EULA. I do believe they only hold trial accounts for about 6 months or so but, if you were a suscribed player, your account should still be in the database.

I tried to re-activate also with no luck, the website says they only save accounts for 6 months. Too bad, I had a Typhoon and tons of cruiser/frig blueprints, I just don;t think I can start from scratch again.
It seems to be utterly random from my experience I have to say. I've had friends who used to play try and resurrect their accounts after over a year of inactivity and some have been successful, others haven't...
Erm, CCP HAS said that they NEVER have deleted a account to date, so its YOU guys who are putting in the wrong info, but If you realy want your account back, Email them and Im sure that after prooving that you are the owner of the account you can get your user name and password back
Same, I hadn't played eve for over a year, but my account was left intact when I re-subscribed. Unless you had a trial account, and never upgraded to a subscription account, or you're simply forgetting the login info ?
Send them and email and ask them to re-enable it. If you provide them with the email you used initially to register the account they should be happy to do it for you.

I can tell you that CCP never deleted any account because of non-activity.
They told me that a few weeks ago.
I spoke to someone yesterday who just reactivated his account whereas it was inactive for more thant 15 months.

Strange, nonetheless.
My account was there after about a year of inactivity... so I had no problem reactivating it.
