According to a Twitter post by BlueHole Studios' Harns Kim, TERA Producer Chris Hager of En Masse Entertainment has left the company. It remains unclear as to why he left though En Masse has confirmed Hager's departure.

You can get chronoscrolls and play for free, that's one reason there's no free to play at the moment.
Also people come and go all the time in jobs. Are you planning to stay at your current job for the rest of your life? Most don't.
Loot is horrible in tera, have to kill tons of mobs to get some decent loot, because of bad loot you get even more frustrated when it come to grooping.
This is the reason I don't play, I don't speak for everyone else.

En Masse are just the regional publisher, together with others for different geographical regions.
