Great blog post by Phil Blood, the Lead Designer - has a side by side comparison of Guild Wars 2 Finished Graphics and Citadel of Sorcery Pre-Alpha graphics.
After I saw that, had to put something in just to say "good luck guys". It's worth it to have some faith in humanity once in a while.
