Redeploy at a nearby base and bring a Sunderer, why keep spawning in the same room when it's surrounded by enemies and your comrades are all hiding inside hoping for an easy kill through the force field?
"Of all tyrannies, a tyranny sincerely exercised for the good of its victims may be the most oppressive. It would be better to live under robber barons than under omnipotent moral busybodies. The robber baron's cruelty may sometimes sleep, his cupidity may at some point be satiated; but those who torment us for our own good will torment us without end for they do so with the approval of their own conscience"
if you are being camped in the badly in the open, let the tanks keep you in them spawn rooms
remember the shield shoot one way take some easy kills while you are in there, keep away from the sheilds from explosions and wait for the ineveitable rush
rack up a few more kills then get ready to move on
base design at fault here
PS1 had the spawns underground... not sure why they made the above ground caravan spawn rooms myself
This is some what funny. I'm part of an outfit and my sole job during an attack while the majority of our outfit hits the point a small group of us go straight to the spawn "tubes" and cover the doors. We use 2 Heavy, 1 Engineer, and 1 medic and we cross take cover out of view of the door but make sure nobody leaves the spawn room. Once the point is ours we clear spawn room of any baddies and then head back to the group.
Great tactics for making sure back up doesn't come from the spawn
Camping the spawn tubes is a tactic that must be done in Planetside when capping the base with so many numbers, it's a Planetside tradition to camp the tubes when securing a base. You're not stuck with no other spawn points like in your average online fps game. This is not a lone wolf game, get a team or an outfit so fall back spawns are in place to regroup. The Game comes into its element with team work.
