It really does not help anything at all, because while we will not remove all of them any that violate our community policies will be removed and the posters suspended. You only are fueling your own aggression and making yourself angrier. If you honestly think that people here don't know how you feel, please be 100% assured they do, additional post on the subject will not make it any more "obvious".
Votes of no confidence post are 100% inappropriate for this forum (both those about the devs and the correspondent and anyone else) as well as personal attack threads. If you are so emotionally moved by the changes you may want to step away from the computer for a little bit to calm down before posting.

OMG are you serious? While personal attacks are naughty them saying that no confidence posts are inappropriate is insane! That's sort of like me calling the gas/electric/water company with a bill dispute and them telling me I am being inappropriate for questioning my bill. I love how they act like they are doing the players a favor by even working for sony. What REALLY cheeses me off is how they always say regards at the end of the post or whatever. If they had any regard they would actually listen to their player base & not tell them how inappropriate they may or may not be. Customer service, what a joke.
Besides, the "engrish" in that pseudo-sentence offends me.

No, he is just posting the company line. Its his job. There is little maneuvering room for him.
And they can forbid anything on their PRIVATE forum and they can suspend anyone from their PRIVATE forum (I know, I have been suspended twice myself already). If you want to support these petitions, do it outside on another truely public forum. It wont make a difference IMHO, but it may make YOU feel better.
If you cannot live by these rules, stop playing SWG and choose another company for your money. Its these rules you agree to EVERY TIME YOU LOG IN.
And just like with the electricity and gas companies ... if you disagree with their service, go looking for an alternate provider. I AM working in customer service for an electricity and gas corp .. and I have worked 6 months in the complaints department. While 50 % of the complaints are based on f...ups of the company (usually lack of training for new employees) easily 50 % of the complaints are from notorious "bad customers" ... and the corp does well in allowing them to seek another provider. The loss in profit compared to what it costs to meet the demands these customers THINK they have (because they never read their contracts) makes the decision easy. Then you have more time to repair the damage caused by company fück-ups.
So if you dont like the service ... dont let the door hit you on the way out. It may be the best for YOU, for SOE and the rest of the SWG players.

Oh, they can do plenty of things wrong.
But from my own experience plenty of things are outside of your sphere of control - you bang your head against the wall as much as a customer some days, but all too often there is little you can do within the limits of your corps policies. E.g. in some cases where the company fücked up I wanted to give a customer a monetary bonus for his bill to compensate for his expenses (phoning etc.) - no chance. Upper limit was 10 bucks - company policy. We cost him 100 bucks - if I offer him that 10 bucks, even mention the possibility, he WILL see this as an attempt to ridicule him. Been there, done that.

Erillion, I am trying to figure out why you continue to post in the swg forums anymore. No matter what you post, good or bad, certain "other posters" ridicule you regardless. I am actually embarassed for them as their typical response to your posts = "Erillion, you are such an SOE fanboy, blah, blah, so you have to be wrong." You could probably write, "I Erillion, swear on the lives of my entire blood family, that I have quit SWG and officially hate SOE," and truely mean it, and they would respond with the same 'fanboy' response.
Easy ... I come here to post info about and help anyone interested in SWG.
I am not affected in any way by what these people say, wether they call me names or a fanboy. I do not post for them. Occasionally I am using them as a whetstone to sharpen my rhetorical skills, as english is not my first language, but when I am not in the mood for that I simply ignore them.

lol,although i really feel no love for the game,i don't understand why garva is bashed for this on the swg forum.it's the best posting since a long time.it accumulates the state of the game as seen on the forum (i quit a long tome ago,just strolling the forums from time to time to see if something,anything,has changed to the better):sad,depressing,hopeless
I see his post quite unfriendly and not very communicative,it says in huge letters:
F**K OFF ..................is it the best advice he can give to HIS community?at least he shouldn't be bashed for being that honest.
