Friend's account hacked/stolen

My friend's account was hacked and stolen for gold farming.  He was inactive for awhile and when he came back he couldn't access his account any more.  When I'm online I see his character on almost all the time, but obviously it's not him.

He's tried everything to recover his account but cannot get any response whatsoever from Blizzard.

 

Any suggestions?

    keep trying blizzard....actually call then emails are a innefective way of doing things....

    THE SAME THING HAPPENED TO ME . i HAVE BEEN GETTING  E-MAILS FROM bLIZZARD EVERY COUPLE OF DAYS SAYING THAT i HAVE BEEN SELLING MY ACCOUNT. TO SOME ONE IN SOME OTHER COUNTRY.  nOW i AM GETTING THE SAME THING FOR MY dIABLO3 ACCOUNT.  sOME ONE HAS BEEN HACKING ME FOR ABOUT 5 YEARS NOW. i KEEP SAYING DONT COME TO ME GO GET THE GUY THAT HAS BEEN HACIKING ME FOR THE KLAST 5 YEARS .tHIS IS Total Bullshit cause I am not doing anything at all.  And to top it offf with DIABlo3 IAfter playing it for a couple of weeks I wouldnt play that lame ass game anyways!!  lol

    It is what it is!
