Why ppl is alweys bashing games,wen i go to highest ranked games on this site,and ppl,moast of the time never say something good about the game.they go there to say bad things.just go to your game and revew it,dont bash others please.i see revews about eq2,daoc,wow,that dont make sence at all.

Some people are just natural born whinners, and instead of making a relatively objective review on the game including the bads and the goods they just state the negative aspects of that game.

Trolls are everywhere. over the top, negative comments tend to get more attention and a greater response. There are people that like to push other people's buttons and trolling a message forum allows them to do that without the risk of getting their ass kicked. Take all negative comments with a grain of salt.
As well as positive comments.
Fanboism is a disease and " I Love my game" threads are equally designed to troll for responses from the other side of the isle.

Sadly, it happens with every MMO
You'll get trolls in every MMO. Why they do it? Several reasons really:
1. They like to see people react negatively to their posts
2. They hate the game and want to make sure no one else plays it
3. They have no knowledge of the game they are bashing. They just hate those who like it.
4. They like to test the limitations of the rules and then try to see how far they can go
5. They do it for attention
6. They are employees of rival MMOs
Those are just some. Then you'll get others that'll totally shock you as to why they do it.
Here's what I do. Take the positive and the negative comments and make your own deicision. Remember, a negative comments is NOT a troll comment. You can post why you do not like a game and not be a troll. Trolls are their own species of people. Thankfully, only a handfew of them exists in any website; however, they need to be contained because they can singlehandedly bring down a forum if not careful.
Just look over the honest positive posts and the honest negative ones and then make a good decision.
Also, there are opposite of trolls too. Gotta look out for those as well
People who have to create conspiracy and hate threads to further a cause lacks in intellectual comprehension of diversity.
They are trying to maintain equilibrium by placing their cold stones of criticism in the balace scale against the warm rocks of enthusiasm.

I made a lovely post about Age of Empires III then the next day (I'm serious - the next day) a reviewer makes a less flattering post:

He gave it four stars!! NOOOO!!

Four stars?? How can these legendary games live with four stars??!!
People bash games just because they can.
There are two ratings I feel MMORPG should Nullify.
a 1 rating, because realistically no game can score a 1.
a 10 rating, for the same reason as above.
That and MMORPG's rating scale should be revisted.
The current rating scale doesn't include many features that are sought after by niche groups, such as open PvP, politics, Player control of land etc.
If I ever say something negative about a game, it's one that I've played for a few months and I want to warn people who are thinking about buying the game, or at least point out that the game's not perfect.

the reason i hate the point system in this site is because people would either give 10 or 1.. whether they like it or not..
only few people would even bopther doing an objective pointing... its pisses me off

Yes that annoys me too, I think of it like ignorance or over-enthusiasm.
Btw, there is nothing in the world (not only mmorpg's and games) that is perfect. Perfect is an ideal that can't be touched or reached.

By the very nature of this site most of the posters here are people unhappy with their current game and looking for a new one (me included). Therefore you get alot of negative posts!
The guys who are perfectly happy with what they've got are actually in-game playing it and not browsing sites like this!
