Thanks for pointing it out - yes they have a naming policy. What did you call your characters? There are specific regs on that and it could be because you named a character like 'Obamanator' or something like that.

If you purchased from ArenaNet directly than it sounds like there's something wrong with the card you used to purchase it. Make sure the payment went through properly and also check with the card issuer to make sure you can use it for overseas and/or online transactions.
i didnt say anything in chat, i never grouped, just played alot for 3 straight days. realized i didnt like it at the time, was going to check it out again a few days ago and I got that message. i know i didnt break any laws in the game, save me your horseshit. sarcasm....on?

If you Google that error code every post that comes up points to it being a fraud issue. It basically means they think you made a fraudulent purchase, either via a stolen credit card or something of that nature. I suggest sending in a support ticket to ask them to look into it for you.

an awesome game with a bad administration, has not bought the game a month and my account was mysteriously suspended and they do not say anything, lately there has been a wave of suspension of accounts without reason or explanation, the game is good buy at your own risk I sent a ticket and they replied as follows:
"We are in the process of Investigating this issue for you and you Should receive an update as soon as we have more information to provide. We may need more time if you contacted us on the weekend or holiday, but someone will respond to this support ticket as soon as possible.

This overzealous 'customer is always wrong' crap is funny, as it stems mostly from the customers.
Anyway, I see the true issue here being that no reason was given for the suspension. No form of communication was attempted outside of the logging in to find yourself blocked from a service. This has been reported on the forums many times, and ANet seems to be taking a strong stance of 'don't like it, buy another copy, sucka!'
Anyway, glad some folks are enjoying GW2.
Keep in mind though, shitty companies can deliver great products and still shit on their customers.
I myself deemed ANet a poop company shortly after beta, bought $100 worth of gems because they were supposed to carry over. Never saw them after launch. Submitted a ticket, a month later, after several "we're working on its" I get a mail saying that "Sorry, we have no way of tracking who bought what during beta and if it was/wasn't delivered" and the ticket was closed.
The only thing mysterious, is the misleading title of this thread.

if your account has been suspended from day to night and they did not speak anything, you will suspect, I say mysterious wave because I found several people on the internet who had the account suspended and they do not even give explanation
Between you get that screen for only 2 reasons and 2 only.
1. You were botting or exploiting a area known to be botted or you yourself ran with the bots too long. And multiple people reported you as a bot yourself because you ran with the bots. That equals you getting nailed as a bot. It happens alot and people should know better and not follow bots. If you look on the forums alot of the cases fell into this. It wasn't mysterious you just didn't pay attention in most cases. Now sometimes I admit its very hard to tell but in most cases just be careful.
2. The next cause is you were using language or abusive to others and got multiple reports of it. I/E this usually happens to trolls ALOT this game is strict and heartless on banning. You should mind yourself trolling too much you will be nailed sooner or later and end up looking at that screen. I'm willing to bet you might of did this rather than number 1. But in any case to see that screen you did something. Because that's the you just got gm owned screen.
