There is allready QFG1 redone by a few people with updated graphics, sound, and voice. QFG2 is underway right now, but most importantly QG6 is rumored to be under development by some people, maybe if I did a google search for old sierra games or kings quest or quest for glory, I could find it.

Sorry ive left out a few systems, but yeh i remeber i got really bored the other day playing my computer games and my ps2 and gamecube games so i pulled out the old sega system and omg played the maddest game ever you cant tell me youve never heard of alex the kid. my god i was sitting there for hrs playing that game and the rock paper scissor game lolz those were the days. *sigh* brings back alot of old memories.

He was given a full four year scholarship to John's Hopkins University 4 days before he was busted. I know, because I helped to organize a congratulatory party for him.
His name is Duane and when I went back to my hometown for my 10 year High School reunion in 2002, he was working in a comic book store ....sorta reminded me of Uncle Rico from Napoleon Dynamite. It was sad to see....considering his Major at John Hopkins was Pre-Med....and it was free.
Frighteningly, he sounded just like you...but without the misspellings lol.
The ironic thing was the fact that he never did Acid. He just sold the sheets to buy a bag of marijuana and shrooms for some friends of his (they use to smoke/eat them occasionally during lunch breaks. They used to work for a family run furntiure store in our hometown) and to help with rent.

Sorry but I think it was my post that ushered in all the drug talk. I didnt mean for that to happen. It's just that I wanted to share my wacky gaming experience with you guys.
BTW Angerr I'm not aware of any damaging effects to the brain by doing shrooms. For Thousands of years primitive cultures such as the American Indians used shrooms for their Shamanism rituals. To this day they still do and it's totally legal since it's a religous ceremony. I did tons of the stuff in college and I'm perfectly healthy. I'm not saying that doing shrooms wont harm your brain. I'm just not aware of any long term ill effects.
The point of my post is to apologize for bringing up the subject on shroom usage. In no way shape or form would I ever suggest to people to ingest shrooms. It can be extremely dangerous in that people can hurt themselves. And it's also very illegal. Why spend 10 years in prison? Enjoy life. Drink Guiness.

well you are right...there are no hard facts supporting the statement i made, however i have done lots of shrooms and lsd in my time and believe me in my situation it has done damage. those type of drugs affect everyone differently, i have friends of mine that are now basketcases and i am for sure not the same as i was before i did them mentally(im not insane just a burnout)
imo those drugs are braindamage, and i guess thats all it is... my opinion

I still have Z80 emulator and play them oocasionaly. Ah, the good old spectrum days... I was so addicted to them that I didnt need no shrooms and stuff, just a tape of my fav game, my trusty Z80 with 64kb RAM (12kb was reserved for OS) and a TV instead of a monitor...oh yeah, good stuff...

You say the drugs you have done have done nothing to "hurt" you but have you actually stopped to read your own writing? I'm not trying to troll here but you already sound like you're a few dozen brain cells shy of losing the basic three, "eat, sleep, breath".
But alas, go on, think you're not hurting yourself or anyone else around you by doing drugs. I've yet to actually hear anyone who is currently doing any form of drug actually say "I am hurting myself and others." Your's is pretty much the same old diabtribe about how you know what you're doing and nothing harmful will come of it. I'd assume you're probably still rather young and you're still in the invincible and immortal mindset so nothing anyone with more life experience says is going to have a single affect on your thought process.

Yeah I hadn't seen this site yet. I was contemplating Gametap actually just becuase they have so many games I remember growing up on. Not to mention they actually have a few newer games. However, their price is triple of consoleclassix it seem. I found the old Shadowrun title on the Genesis and that alone might get my subscription.
Makes me wonder how these things will run though. I suppose that has a lot to do with who made the emmulator. I remember trying to play the original Mechwarriors ( you remember the ones that came out on the 286 at 16mhz ) on a 386 66mhz. We were getting ready for a fight when a Mech went flying by at warp speed. We thought "Was that a locust?"...no it was a Battlemaster. Hrm...guess there was no way to slow the thing back down :P

Your's is pretty much the same old diabtribe about how you know what you're doing and nothing harmful will come of it. I'd assume you're probably still rather young and you're still in the invincible and immortal mindset so nothing anyone with more life experience says is going to have a single affect on your thought process.
You say that the "rest" of us here who aren't going anywhere and believe everything we hear need to get over it...but I can't help to see the irony and hypocrisy there. Hate to tell you this but if you are stoned out of your head you're probably not "going anywhere" yourself in life. Not to mention the effects of THC will be felt later in your life. Not right now per se.
Now you can accuse me of judging you but I am going purely by your own words here. Just like everyone else in the thread. So before you jump them for being judgemental pause, read your own writings, think things through, and look at the impression you are giving.

Yeah I hadn't seen this site yet. I was contemplating Gametap actually just becuase they have so many games I remember growing up on. Not to mention they actually have a few newer games. However, their price is triple of consoleclassix it seem. I found the old Shadowrun title on the Genesis and that alone might get my subscription.
Makes me wonder how these things will run though. I suppose that has a lot to do with who made the emmulator. I remember trying to play the original Mechwarriors ( you remember the ones that came out on the 286 at 16mhz ) on a 386 66mhz. We were getting ready for a fight when a Mech went flying by at warp speed. We thought "Was that a locust?"...no it was a Battlemaster. Hrm...guess there was no way to slow the thing back down :P
