Launch and Beta servers?

Hi all, I couldn't find any info about my question anywhere so I want to ask here.

How many servers are there for DF:UW? And will it be the same NA and EU options? Or just one? Maybe an Asia server?

Since beta is (supposedly) starting soon, and many people have already preordered, is there any option in the account management page for choosing a server?

I know that returning DFO players link their old account and choose if it was on EU or NA, after doing that, does it state anywhere the location of the new account? Or is it a unified website/login/database for all regions?

    I think you can have characters on both servers from the same account now
