Are u sure u fit all of the system requirements?

    Have u updated your graphics card from the net?(www.nvidia.com , www.intel.com , www.radeon.com , etc.)

Also, what's your ram? ( if u have windows xp, u can go to "control panel", "performance maintenance", "system" , "advanced" tab, "Performance" section ---> "Settings", "Advanced" tab, and you can change/increase your ram there if u have alot of Hard Drive space...I learned that from this other game I downloaded and I THINK that'll help...)

Other than that...it may be your internet connection...

You could also try lowering some of the graphics settings in-game like World detail or Depth-of-Field.  If you have those maxxed out, it could really cause you some issues on an average gaming system even.

This is actually a known issue with the problem stemming from unoptomized geometry (Terrain, map objects and buildings with no LODs and many untrimmed backfaces), unusually large textures (many that used to be 32x32 are now 512x512 with little or no improvement to appearance) and too many particle effects using large textures to display the onscreen site.

It should be used if there is consistent framerate problems or occasional hitches. It also records information about data received and sent in each packet.

    1. type "/profiler_record <filename>" which will begin recording to "<cohinstalldir>profiler<filename>.cohprofiler".
    2. wait no more than 30 seconds to a minute.
    3. type "/profiler_stop"
    4. email the file created in step 1 to crypticmartin@gmail.com, along with a short description of your hardware (cpu, ram, video card, anything else) and a description of what you were doing at the time."

Help them get the data they need.
