The power supply in there is a piece of junk, so you'd want to replace it immediately if you bought that. The motherboard is decidedly low end. It has an Intel quad core processor, but getting a low bin with minimal turbo and overclocking completely disabled rather defeats the point of getting an Intel quad core processor, which is that it's supposed to be faster than an AMD processor. The video card is toward the low end of gaming cards, but that's basically what you get on that budget. A SATA 2 hard drive is going to be ancient, as the switch to SATA 3 came about 2-3 years ago.
If you're capable of assembling your own computer from parts, you'll come out way ahead doing it that way, rather than burning about $100 of your budget on paying someone else to do so for you. $700 can get you a capable gaming rig.
Ouch, Well I guess this is out of the question lol.
Is there any thing u would suggest build wise? IM not asking for a full on build but rather Parts you would highly recommend?
Quiz is correct on this. You are going to be much better off building it on your own.
Anyone looking at a build for you is going to need to know what you already have.
Do you have a monitor, keyboard, and mouse already? Are you going to need speakers? Etc.
If you need all of this that $700 budget becomes about $500 or so.
No No, I have 2 HP Monitors and a gaming mouse, Head set. All that
The $700 would be on the Tower alone.
Ok then last question, do you already have an OS you can use?
OS?

That comes to $666, including shipping and before $20 in rebates.
As compared to the prebuilt computer you linked, you get a better case, a better motherboard, a better hard drive, better memory, a much better power supply, a much faster video card, a roughly comparable processor, and an equivalent optical drive. And for all of that, you only pay $8 more.
Operating System such as Windows 7 or Windows 8. They come preinstalled on a PC you buy from a retailer, but it's something you have to purchase seperate when you build your own.
Wow, Thank u.
Also Im looking in to just buying What ever is on sale at Walmart lol.. If Windows 7 is on sale thats it, An if Windows 8 is on sale im not picky at all:)
Don't just buy the same parts from a different site, as I picked parts with an eye toward what happens to be cheap today. If there are two equivalent parts except that one costs $50 and the other $70, I'd pick the $50 part. But if you go to a different store that has the prices reversed, you'd want the part that is $50 where you buy it, rather than $70 because it's the same SKU that I linked.
If you can find identical or equivalent parts elsewhere, then have at it. But what constitutes "equivalent" can be tricky. For DVD burners, they're all basically equivalent, while for power supplies, you really have to dig into reviews from sites with sophisticated equipment to figure out if a particular unit is any good.
No, Ill be buying for NewEgg.
AN thanks again.. Imma do some research (not that i dont trust u, just want the best) an Hopfuly start ordering within the week.
Do note that prices change, then. Something that is a great deal for $50 today might be a poor deal at $70 in a week.
Also, if you decide to get a different part instead, do post it. There may well be better deals out there, but you don't want to save money by getting a cheap junk part that you mistakenly think is just as good.
You might want to look at Newegg for a system builders copy of the OS. There about half the price the OS itself would normally be.
