What do you think the monthly fee will be?

in Dungeons & Dragons Online

I'm betting it will be $12 a month, but considering that this game is all instance could it end up like guild wars?::::37::

    All MMORPGs are $15 a month.  If you're right it could be free or have a charge.

    I would suggest reading on their forums.

    This game is really all instanced? Say it ain't so Joe. Hopefully not more than $15 a month. Is it really all instanced?

    You have to shrink the pic then upload under your account options.

    IMO it really should be cheaper since the presistant areas will be small.

    But ya, probably $15 base a month... if they offered it for less people would say "What only $10 a month, that game must suck."

    All current MMO's are $15 a month. Until some game comes out that people can't refuse to pass up, will a company try to raise the price above $15. I can see LoTR trying to charge more because people will pay it anyway.

    Being as it is all instanced (basically a 1-6 player game with a 3D chat area) it should not even be consdered an MMO, let alone charge anyone.

    I'm sure they will go as high as they can, and as everyone else is charging 15, thy will as well.

    Noone will pay more right now, or I am sure they would go more.

    Very true! I wish they wouldn't charge for DDO as that would make it that much more of the "game to get" but unfortunately they have already committed to saying there would be a monthly fee. image

    It will most likely be whatever price WotC tell Turbines to goes with.

     

    $15?  I am certain it will be a new marketing approach, not something we saw at competitors.  Otherwise WotC lose all it reputation, they need to surprise us marketing-wise...they always does.

    I want to : this game (must!) be free - that is untrue because all Turbine´s games are payed

                    so when that game be payed I will don´t playing

    I didnt know the game came out already fully finished, and that people played it and were allowed to post about playing it. Please tell me more, oh omniscient one.
