PSO2 : Is PVP already confirmed for PSO2?

in Phantasy Star Online 2

Does the Japanese version already have PVP? if not, will it be for the EU/USA version?

    The japanese version doesn't have pvp.

    PSO1  didn't have PvP either, it's a design choice.

    PSOv2 had pvp.... granted it was very limited.
