New Fallen Earth Forum - Falcon's Cry

Announcing a Fallen Earth community forum with a more personal touch! I've created a forum where hard-core, dedicated Fallen Earth fans can come share ideas, conversation and basically keep the hype alive for what I believe to be the most engaging and exciting game since PONG! But seriously, if you're in this one for the long haul, come be a first poster and help me build critical mass in support of this great game. Short term this forum will serve as a combination fan site and discussion forum, long-term it can evolve into a great player association. I could really use some help customizing graphics and sigs so come join me! Falcon's Cry

Don't mean to rain on your parade but this idea has been tried and failed. This isn't really the right time for alternate forums, as we don't even have an official forum yet.

Adrir created a forum at http://www.travellers-hub.com/ under the same concept but results were pretty dismal. There are only a handful of us anyway, we shouldn't split our focus until the game is in beta.

Site design does look great though, and I'll definitely join up once we can start playing the game.

No harm done, besides, I love rain. Had a feeling that might be the case, but it's exactly why I'm trying it. I have a hard time following the posts when they're all lumped together. Seems like a well organized forum would only serve to increase focus, not split it up. So maybe it only ends up being a log of my own notes but at least I'll be ready as activity picks up. Thanks for the heads up and the compliment, hope to see you around...rain or shine. ::::39::

I do have to agree with Sinoth because there just isn't enough content to talk about at the moment and us Fallen Earth fanatics are still small in number!

The forum we have here is pretty adequete for what discussion does exist!

I am confident that when the Beta is released, interest will quickly develop and we will be in a position to provide a service to our fellow fans and become great active community/content fansites!

This is not the only forum which members of the Fallen Earth development team have been watching, although it is the most active and mature I have discovered thus far ::::02::

If you can get hold of Cristophe, one of the head people at Icarus, he will make the team aware of your forum's existance. I am sure he would be happy to keep an eye on it!
