no updates on beta for those who pre-ordered TL2?

I pre-ordered TL2 awhile back and with the pre-order it said i would be invited to beta this game but still nothing about it.. i emailed PWE and all i got back was an email saying they will send out keys when beta comes available but no ETA or anything.. anyone on here heard anything?

Alpha just started last week and I suspect Beta will be out in about a month or two. Don't worry I want it too.
Sandbox means open world, non-linear gaming PERIOD!

No, they gave a few alpha keys away last week, it has been in alpha alot longer than that
I got a NW beta key at the same time I got my TL2 key after I preordered. If you didn't get a key when you preordered TL2, I'd send them an email. The key had to be applied to a PW account.
But no info on the beta even with a key.
i have sent them several emails everyone says same thing that beta will be starting down the line and will email keys when beta is closer oh also there support part of their website seems to have been down for weeks now.. tried every few days for the past few weeks

First, Alpha Testing has been going on since 2010 or earlier, when the game was first annouced as being in Development. As another poster stated, we recently had a contest of sorts to give away a few alpha keys to small number of lucky individuals.
Closed Beta has not yet begun and there will be an official announcement on the official forums and web site when Closed Beta Testing has begun.
As for the issue with Torchlight 2 key. This CBT Key for Neverwinter should have been in the same email you got your T2 key in, if you pre-ordered it through the PWE Website Directlty. If you pre-ordered it through Steam or any other place, their promotions did not contain Neverwinter CBT Keys. For example, Steam's pre-order promotion was a free copy of Torchlight 1. Again, it was only the direct pre-order through the PWE Website that gave a CBT Key.
If you did indeed pre-order it through the PWE Website, you need to contact Support directly. If they're telling you your T2 Pre-Order Key hasn't yet been sent, then something is being confused on one side of this conversation or another and you need to update your ticket and be more clear and detailed.
If you are getting a Redirect Error while trying to navigate to the support site, then instead contact them directly at customerservice@perfectworld.com - be sure to also let them know of your redirect issue.

i know i got from PWE directly because i don't have steam:) also i really mostly got the TL2 pre-order just to ensure my beta key to neverwinter.. also the paypal transaction ID shows payment to PWE for torchlight 2.. i sent them an email at that email to see what is up
