Most populated MMORPG's

Hi all, long term reader of these boards but new subscriber. Be gentle with me. :)

Was wondering if anyone knows of a chart/list etc that shows what are the most populated MMORPG's at the moment. I know there is a list on this wonderful board that shows popularity with members but not how many (on average) play that game.

    It depend what you are looking for :

    - highter amount of population on a single shard

    - highter amount of population all server included

     

    first case, EvE online, over 10,000+ players on average

    in the second case, it's WoW (over 150 servers worldwide, if not 200).

    If you want to see a chart and compare the number of players between MMOG's I recommend taking a look at http://www.mmogchart.com/. It hasn't been updated in a while but, it gives you a rough estimate on the population of some of the big MMOG's out there give or take a few.

    Thank you both. :) He really hasn't updated that http://www.mmogchart.com/ in a while has he. That's what I was looking for but looks like i'll have to wait till it's updated.

    wow and I think Lineage 2 was up there one time with 2.5 million worldwide.
