I miss vanilla

in Darkfall: Unholy Wars

Every games I enjoy the most are always made by the worst companies. Now even with all its flaws I would jump back into it. 

I remember my large villa in fanark and how great the spot was. I miss the forest of yssam and the minautor shamans of cairn. 

The countless hours of duels and small scale pvp once warmed up. The thrill of behing attacked by a famous player and knowing the fight is behing recorded. Those will be the best memories...

I can always go back and see the movies I was in and it brings tears to my eyes knowing that this will never come back because

server was shut down. I know DF UW beta is right there but it is not the same and will never be

    Ultima Online was a way better game, took alot more playerskills.

    Probably but im 29yo and only started playing mmos in 1998 with AC1. Darkfall graphics were very immersive and it had a feel through it. UO was probably a very good game but final fantasy 1 on the NES had better graphics

    Maybe took more individual skill near the end of Darkfall, but in the beginning I Darkfall definitely did.

    UO was a great game with great aspects but DF will always be the best game ever in my eyes.

    Unholy wars is worse than almost any game out there currently, it's sad.

    Luckily there's a chance DF1.0 will be relaunched by a different company, can't go into much detail but it is currently in the works.

    DF1 is officially announced to be launched in Asia by same company (with asia distributor).

    anything else is a really very BIG surprise....

    That is not true. That is only a Rumor based on an Aventurine Statement about it but if you read the announcement carefuly it was clear that they meant DF:UW for Asia not the 1.0

    No matter what in Canada my IP will be blocked to their servers and even if I use a Proxy to play there my Ping would be 500ms
