3. Press 'Enter'
and wait 5 seconds...

It's just a function. =rand(1,1) where =rand(num times to repeat on left, num times to repeat on right)
pretty basic to write this function.
Notice how the spacing works out so there is a clear line that runs down the middle of the page?

My guess would be that its just a quick way for the devs to get a nice big document to test features of the program when it was being coded and like a lot of these so called "easter eggs" it got left in..... Im probably wrong....
For instance for like the first 2 months of CoH there was a Beta command you could use to instantly teleport you back to the nearest zone entrance. Of course it got so abused it was removed... then 2 funny things happened. Firstly the people who had been abusing it whined about it being removed LOL and secondly the devs were forced to admit they had left in a pretty crucial exploit for some weeks into release.

ur proabably wrong because such a command would be entirely unecessary they could just take a doc from previous versions of word, or even from notepad and paste them in there....
but they could have put it in just because they could but i expect this command isn't just for amusement but for what purpose is entirely beyond me.
