new items after expansion

You guys think they'll make level 70 items or everything stick to the 60 level?  I'm asking this because I don't want to waste my time getting epic gear now if there are gonna be level 70 epic gear.... you guys know what I mean?

    Im sure they will make lvl 70 items, but I dont think you can just skip your lvl 60 items because they will most likely be found in new instances that you would need to have epics to do

    wow....great....I gotta get all these hard-earned dkp again to get level 70 epic.  How about grand marshal/high warlord gear/items, are they going to level these items to 70 or they gonna put in new ones so the ppl who have lost rank need to regain their rank?

    Ofcourse they will have lvl 70 items. I bet the tier 3 epic set's are coming in the expansion. Pvp rewards will also be added for 70. Maybe new ranks too?

    I'm just saying that the epic we all have now will be like useless after they introduce the expansion...

    no they won't. a poster just said that the lvl 70 epic will probably be found in new instances that you need lvl 60 epic to do.

    sounds like more of the same thing to me.  I thought an expansion was supposed to expand.  Just add epic instances to get higher level armor?  You'd think they'd come up with more than just that.

    Lol, Blizzard adding higher end instances (w/ upper level epic gear) is just one aspect of the proposed Expansion, nevermind the new races or areas. The player base has only been given limited information thus far, so don't be quick judge. : )

    As for the items, the majority of the playerbase doesn't have a whole set of epic gear (and it should remain that way imo).

    I wouldn't worry too much about what may/may not happen in the Expansion. Blizzard hasn't set any time tables to it's release, so why hold off on some possible fun? I understand your concern, but I think it's some what unfounded.

    Screw Epic Gear!! It's going to be Legendary Items (orange) FTW!  there are only 2 of these such items that i know of currently implemented.  Obviously blizzard is planning on expanding this into the class tier sets.  It may not be entire sets but i would they would include one or 2 pieces as part of a Tier 3 set.  The new high end 40 man instances they have planned sound like they will be harder than anything we have seen thus far and will require you to have most of or all of one of the epic sets currently available.  Basically like doing MC with you Blue set to get your Epic set.
