    I'm not sure what the deal is, I don't see the $9.99 option on my F2P account, nor on my original account that is now inactive(david06).


    Just the $30 builder and the normal rates, no special offers.

    Just added this to your account (david06), update your billing ONLY (do not select a plan). Once you login to your account page, you can verify your terms at the top to ensure it is the right plan.
