    What do you guys think?

    My new character, changed a bit from the original: http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/images/203782

    (^keep in mind the yellow skin is mostly due to the light, if I was to do a screenshot properly I would have found a better location. It was just a quick screen grab.)

    Or my original character: http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/images/117835

    So far one friend likes both equally, and another likes the newer one better.

    I did start playing Skyrim again only some days ago and bought the 3 DLC addons, after I did stop playing it only some weeks after release. This was the best decision, so many nice mods got released since release. I did the same with Fallout 3, bought the game months after release since the community modifications are just that great and improve the Elder Scroll games series really a lot.... love it. Hopefully there will be a new theme in this game series after fallout and fantasy settings....cowboy wild west style would be cool or romes, egypts....wow so many options.

    Will later post some screenshots aswell.

    Here is a better screenshot of Laenaya. I got a new, much better, outfit for her. Other one looked really nice (not like you guys saw it :P), but this fits her much better.

    And yeah I saw that muscular mod. Actually fits nord races and strong races really well imo. But I haven't used it in game.

    This is with the ENB Unreal Cinema with a little change in more vibrant color and film grain running ingame @ 30p, aswell with disabled bloom. I really like the combination and it gives quiete a nice cinematic effect with only subtle sharpness and an organic look. Dont like almost oversharpened video in real life aswell like some new HD cameras produce.

    Wow, very nice man :) I especially like the first. That is a good ENB, don't recall losing much performance from it either.

    Here are some new screenshots.

    http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/images/204629 - Mostly a scenery pic, I think it came out nice

    http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/images/204630 - A scenery pic. The atmosphere in this one I think is good.

    http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/images/204631 - Another scenery pic, sort of showing another mod I have that lets you build your own home (same mod name I believe). I know there is a DLC for that, but my friend said it was really buggy :P This mod is kinda more involved anyway.

    This is definately one of the better ENB´s out there, especially when you look for a cinematic effect. The grain plays a big role aswell.

    But I did adjust the grain, there was  too much for my taste if you just install it with the basic settings. I think its 0,75 and I reduced it to 0,25-0,35. The ENB looks not vibrant with rich colors outside like most others ENB´s, it fits perfect to the winter weather when you use such great mods like Frostfall-Hypothermia, Wet & Cold, Climates of Tamriel, Get Snowy, Winter is comming - Cloaks .  All these mods are compatible and match perfect with the survival gameplay. Iam using aswell Skyrim Redone. The author from this mod offers also different palettes but did not test them so far. Overall you can adjust the settings.

    Add the immersive HUD (iHUD) so you get rid of the interface and it pops up only when you need it.

    It is a...sort of...heavily modified version of the Monli race. I actually got "lucky" and made the race better, due to how I installed certain mods before it. I didn't edit it at all, it just came out that way by luck. If you just use the race itself, the head actually becomes far too large compared to the body. It looks quite different too.

    If you don't mind going to an adult site (it has an adult ad image, unless you have an adblocker then you don't see it), I can private message you what you need. It is a site for various Elder Scrolls and Fallout mods (mostly clothing and what not). But the race is actually sort of a "child" race (I made my character look older, since I don't really want to play as that), considered to be a loli I guess. That is why the original mod has a big head I guess. I don't really know anything about that stuff though. But I guess thats how it is supposed to be. Keep in mind, you are looking at quite a long process (and some harddrive space), to get the race to look more like how I ended it up turning to.

    And to be honest, I dunno if it will look the same in the end...I don't really know what I did really. Except maybe a certain install order made it turn out better.

    Ah that one. Actually looks really similar to Realistic Lighting Overhaul. I did use that ENB, but went back to RLO to be honest. They looked (at the time) pretty much the same in my eyes. Mostly since ENB is rather taxing on my PC. Have you tried that one? I haven't used their new version.

    sure thing :) It did take quite a bit of time. In total (creating character. Plus downloading, fixing a few problems, installing the right mods)...probably took 4-5 hours. And even then, it may not come out the same again, since I'm not entirely sure what I did.

    (edit)

    Slightly edited the hip area. It is a bit thinner now, and looks quite a bit better in my eyes. The waist is still rather thin, but I kind of like it like that. But I made a slight adjustment, and the hips aren't so wide now.

    Yeah, this mod is quiete famous but I dont think it looks similar to the ENB unreal cinema which I use. The cinematic effect with grain and the colors outside of buildings are quiete different.

    There is another mod I use which manipulates the lightning, especially for interior, caves and nights.

    Its called "Climates of Tamriel"....awesome mod since its major modification is a new unique weather system.

    Thats just awesome and was the main reason I did install this mod. It fits great with the other mods I use.

    There is one thing I don't like about Skyrim Redone in its weapons redone section.  It makes bows super powered.  I get hit by swords and maces doing about 30~60 damage.  Yet one arrow on the easiest difficulty setting does over 200 damage.

    The textures, lighting, etc look amazing in those..but the sharp-poly Speedtree trees really ruin the ultra real treebark textures.

    I run over 180 mods and my ENB is focused on lighting and realism. I run a very dark and gritty version of Skyrim. The colors are a little desaturated that some people might call bland, but I like the stark realism with the lighting.

    I would recommend:

    Realistic Lighting Overhaul

    True Vision ENB

    Darker Dungeons for ENB

    Just to support other modders:

    Deadly Dragons w/ Deadly Monsters

    Frostfall, the best immersion mod that exists for Skyrim.

    STEP the Skyrim Total Enhancement Project.

    Don't forget to endorse and give kudos!

    Well if you are installing this ENB you have to adjust some settings to your liking i.e. color intensity and grain, you should combine it aswell with the mod "Climates of Tamriel" for the nice weather effects but also for the lightning ! The night can be quiete dark if you select such an option and here are two mods really great: "Lanterns on the Road" and "Light up the night - people have torches"

    If you have performance issues, try this mod:

    "Skyrim Performance Plus"

    http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/mods/6387

    @Inktomi

    Yeah, Frostfall is a very nice mod.

    I combine the following mods and they offer really good compatibility. I really recommand to run them together, such a nice survival gameplay with just the weather:

    These mods are well-matched and complement each other. If you use only Frostfall you miss the content of the other mods.

    Try it for sure !

    * Frostfall

    * Cold & Wet

    * Climates of Tamriel

    * Winter is comming: Cloaks

    ( * Skyrim Redone - offers a special perk tree for wildlife/survival which is especially made and compatible with these mentioned survival mods. But this mod has a bigger gameplay change in general since you combine it with an uncapper...probably best if you start a new game like I did. But you can play of course the weather mods without Skyrim Redone, no worry)

    I love to craft my own hide tent and set it up with a fireplace to seek shelter when a snow storm arrives , or to wear warm cloaks if you enter snowy and cold areas in the mountains, you can cook a soup or hold a torch which gives additional benefits......so awesome. The major modification "Skyrim Redone" offers even a whole perk tree just for survival and special compatibility for the weather survival mods.

     I run aswell the big main mod "Skyrim Redone" with the uncapper....works great so far.

    In general I recommand aswell an adjustment of the "Timescale". The days are too short, at least for my taste. There is one mod called " Sky Realism - Time Scale and Travel Speed".

    By the way, I play the game without fast travel  =)

    With all the released community mods, Skyrim is probably the best RPG adventure game on the market currently.

    It says something really ugly about human nature.

    Don't be exaggerated. It shows off another ugly human nature: cynicism.

    1.) There's nothing wrong with Gfx improvements. I'm talking about improving meshes, textures, post-processing. I'm actually bewildered how one could consider these efforts in any dimension negative.

    2.) Bitching about having  pornographic mods just screams "prude" to me. Sex is a huge motivating factor for living creatures. Big whoop. I acknowledge the existence of these inappropriate mods, but no one is forcing anyone to download them, or even look at them. You're overblowing things, especially with your unneccessary 99:1 figure.

     Graphics, cheats, sounds, mod programs, companions, monsters, gameplay changes like expanding the companion system so you can have more companions with the ability to talk to them, change their equipment, their battle tactics, skills, stats...you know...most of the actual GAME.
